Delivery
Available delivery zones, charges, and estimates are shown at checkout. Estimates begin after payment confirmation. Customers must provide a complete, reachable address and phone number.
Returns
Eligible fashion and gadget items may be reported within 48 hours of delivery if unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Custom, hygiene-sensitive, damaged-after-delivery, and correctly supplied vehicle items are excluded unless defective.
Wrong or damaged item
Contact FFSET immediately with the order reference and clear photos. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel after inspection.
