FFSET uses customer identity, contact, delivery, order, and payment-reference information to process purchases, prevent fraud, deliver orders, and provide support.

Payment card information is handled by Paystack and is not stored by FFSET. Order updates may be sent by email and WhatsApp. Information is retained only as needed for operations, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Customers may contact FFSET to request access or correction of their personal information, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
